ASecureCloud Private Portal Configuration

Initial Admin Access

  1. Check your email for the initial setup message from ASecureCloud
  2. Copy the temporary password in the email
  3. Navigate to your custom admin portal domain (e.g., cloudsecurity-admin.yourcompany.com)
  4. Login with your email and the temporary password
  5. You will be prompted to create a new password that meets the following requirements:
    • Minimum 12 characters
    • At least one uppercase letter
    • At least one lowercase letter
    • At least one number
    • At least one special character

Managing Portal Administrators

These are the administrators that will have access to the portal and can manage the customers and reports.

Creating New Administrators

  1. Navigate to “Administrators” menu under the Dashboard
  2. Click “Create New Admin”
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • Username
    • Email address

The new administrator will receive an email with temporary login credentials

Customer Management

Onboarding New Customers

  1. Navigate to “Customers” → “Add Customer”
  2. Enter customer information:
    • Company name
    • Primary contact name
    • Email address
    • Phone number (optional)
    • Billing information (if applicable)
  3. Click “Create Customer Account”
  4. The primary contact will receive an email with temporary login credentials
