ASecureCloud Private Portal Configuration
Initial Admin Access
- Check your email for the initial setup message from ASecureCloud
- Copy the temporary password in the email
- Navigate to your custom admin portal domain (e.g.,
cloudsecurity-admin.yourcompany.com
) - Login with your email and the temporary password
- You will be prompted to create a new password that meets the following requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Managing Portal Administrators
These are the administrators that will have access to the portal and can manage the customers and reports.
Creating New Administrators
- Navigate to “Administrators” menu under the Dashboard
- Click “Create New Admin”
- Fill in the required information:
- Username
- Email address
The new administrator will receive an email with temporary login credentials
Customer Management
Onboarding New Customers
- Navigate to “Customers” → “Add Customer”
- Enter customer information:
- Company name
- Primary contact name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Billing information (if applicable)
- Click “Create Customer Account”
- The primary contact will receive an email with temporary login credentials
